I am the principal of Strong Outcomes, LLC, a consulting company that works with organizations that conserve land, wildlife, and water on strategy, planning, community engagement, and organizational development. I am deeply committed to science-based decision-making and evaluation yet believes that conservation will have limited success unless we can successfully work with people. Over the past 20 years, I helped to build capacity to conserve natural resources in dozens of communities and organizations and I am always thinking about how we can make conservation more relevant to more people.
