Chris Esparza is the Director for Diversity, Inclusion, and Leadership Development at the University of Oregon’s School of Law (U.S.A.). His interests include infusing principles of applied improvisation into leadership development, relational and group dynamics, and cultural humility. His vision for a world that improvises well together is about people listening to one another, willing to be changed by what they hear, and co-creating possibility and transformation together.
