Rachel Bellack PCC is a Leadership Coach and Director of The Improv Advantage, a coaching and Organizational Development consultancy that uses Applied Improvisation to help businesses lead well, communicate and manage change. She was an instructor at the Second City Detroit training center and, in addition to her role at The Improv Advantage, is the Executive Director at Michigan Actors Studio and the Producer of ComedySportz Detroit. In 2018 she was invited to join the Forbes Coaches Council and contributes to their Leadership Channel. Currently, she is studying Positive Organizational Development and Change at Case Western Reserve University.
